Woodruff Key installation 450 12/1979

installation of a single woodruff key to achive as close as possible to TDC after new timing chain, cam sprockets and sliders
With assistance from TJ450 (Tim) and WGB (Bill) Goldacre proceeded to adjust the cam timing to enable a TDC result after replacing the timing chain on the 450 SEL 12/1979. learned a few things and now present to the forum as woodruff key adjustment is not fully covered.

1 Initial pulley timing (Medium) 10 right cam alignment post woodruff alighnment (Medium) 11 new pully timing TDC post woodruff alignment now (Medium) 2 left cam initial (Medium) 3 right cam initial (Medium) 4 both woodruffs exposed right cam (Medium) 5 knocking out further the first woodruff (Medium) 6 very almost out (Medium) 7 difference between original woodruff and new (Medium) 8 cutting new woodruff to fit (Medium) 9 left cam alignment post woodruff adjustment (Medium)
